The Crew of Mystic Station Designs was asked to combine all of the Superhero materials from all of the previous Game Master's Utilities in a single package. The Superhero materials from the Game Master’s Utilities Vol. 1 to the Game Master's Utilities volume 6 have been assembled into this product.

"Look up in the sky"; "What's that bright light?"; "Wow, what's that sound?"; "Oh no! Who can save us?"; "You're a Madman Dr..."; "This is a Job for..."; "The World will be Mine!" are all traditional Super be it Villains, Opponents or Hero statements and action phrases. For the Game Master of a Super's adventure or campaign it is the start or continuation of a lot of work to create and run the adventure / campaign for his/her players. To use one of the action phrases "The GMU: Super Villains & Opponents comes to your rescue!"

The GMU: SVOH is designed to assist the Game Master in creating and running their adventure or campaign from low level to an epic scale. The GMU: SVOH contains several items that will seamlessly fit into the grand scheme of the Game Master.

All of the files contained on the GMU: SVOH either are standard image formats as .TIFF or .JPG or are in .pdf format. Anyone that has a computer can use the items on the Game Master's Utilities: Super Villains, Opponents, and Heroes.

Each encounter table is designed to be used by Percentile dice, or 3D6 dice or a 1D20. The list of encounters for the GMU: SVOH are:

Super Characters
The GMU: SVOH has 16 super characters that are system generic and can seamlessly be used as a NPC or a template for a PC. Each character has a background that the Game Master can either build upon or use in his/ her game unaltered.

Places and Scenery
There are six different Places and Scenery that can be added into the campaign world or the adventure can run in one or more of the Places and Scenery. The list of Places and Scenery for the GMU: SVOH are:

Organizations
In a "Supers" adventure or Campaign on of the entities that the players will need to interact with either work with, against or run from are organizations that vary in strength from small local organizations to the powerful world organizations. The GMU: SVOH provides four such organizations that can be used in a variety of ways. The four organizations are:
