Shipping
Shipping from Mystic Station is the responsibility of the customer and or receiver of the product or products. The Mystic Station Store provides the ability to ship via multiple methods. These methods include the Postal Service and U.P.S. Note for special shipping requests, please e-mail Mystic Station Designs, LLC before you purchase the item or items in question. Mystic Station Designs, LLC will not under any circumstance use Counter to Counter Courier services unless the purchasing customer provides and pays for the service prior to the ordering process.
Returns
Returns are provided for specific reasons. In order to get a refund on purchased products the recipient of the product must contact Mystic Station Designs via e-mail and get approval to ship the item back for inspection. Shipping of the item back to Mystic Station Designs is the responsibility of the recipient and not Mystic Station Designs, LLC. Once the item or items have been inspected that it is in the same condition as it was ship out in a refund of the purchase price - a 20% restocking fee will be provided to the original purchaser of the item or items. Refunds cannot be issue to anyone except the original purchaser and the account they used. There are no refunds on any downloadable purchased items including but are not limited to .pdf files, and images.
